Location: Hertford, HertfordshireSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Performance BonusWorking Arrangement: Hybrid or office based

What You'll Do as Finance Manager:

• Lead finance operations across the group companies
• Manage and develop 1 Assistant Accountant
• Prepare monthly management accounts and strategic reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and business partnering
• Coordinate audits and ensure statutory compliance
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedBackground: Practice-trained with stable career progressionExperience: Ready for first move from practice to industrySkills: Strong technical accounting, team leadership potential, advanced Excel
